    Good day, all! I hope everyone is having a great day filled with happiness, exercise and yummy low carb food!

    I'm having a rest day today. I'm hoping my back will be all better by tomorrow and I can pick up some better exercising!

          it was a happy day, not so much full of exercise and boy was my eating off kilter. but i liked the greeting anyway.

          i shoveled snow again. and then again. and then did my cleaning job. but i'm calling it a rest day.

                  Went to the gym before work - treadmill warm-up, 35 min lifting

                        Pilates and body conditioning classes (no a/c, in fact the heating was stuck on!! so a very sweaty 2 hours )
