    it's 5:30 my time and i'm surprised to see that that thread has not been started yet.

    hope your days been a good one.

    6 miles biking for me to start with

        I met with my trainer today, and went through an hour of exercises that he is going to incorporate into a lifting/strength training program for me! Ouch, I am SORE!
