        - Treadmill warm-up (5) and lifting (35) before work
        - 15 min clogging morning break
        - 15 min clogging afternoon break
        - 10 min ab work before bed

                Body Pump (1 hr plus crunches) and 20 minute walk for me

                Currently doing couch to 5K program to start running and loving it Check out 'Get Running' if you have an iPhone.
