6 WEC #16, Week 3, Day 6, Fri March 18

20 squats
20 lunges
25 dead lifts
40 crunches
40 reverse curls
Repeat of Week 2 Workout 3 of Cto5K... Ran for a total of 9 mins and walked for a total of 21 mins (I tacked on a few extra at the end to make the workout 30 mins long).
I must say I was better able to keep running for the full minute and a half since slowing down some. Thank you Jordan (I think it was you that told me to slow down)!

Ooh didn't realize you were doing couch25k Skyye, good on ya!! And yeah slowing down the jogging helps enormously. I started this and got up to week 3, amazed me how quickly I could increase the running time. But I changed it to HIIT after that.
Did a 30 min walk today with the doggy30/f 182/137/130 5'5
