    Here we are on day 3 and I hope that everyone is doing good so far.

    Rest day for me today.

        30 minutes of run/walk on the treadmill and abs (30 second planks, weight ball crunches on the stability ball). AND it feels grrrrreat!

            8 miles walking and 4x12 abs... I think I will stick with walking everyday

                although i've done a little bit, it's not my best effort so i'm taking a rest day.
