    45 min random stuff (push-ups, sit-ups, squats)
    45 min stability ball
    1.5 h weights & 45 min cardio at the gym

    i will be taking a rest day today. i may do something but it won't be "quality time"

      Rest day for me
      149.8/no weigh/ 119



      1st goal: 139 (earlier weight)
      what the rungs mean to me:
      rung 1 - more veggies
      rung 2 - dairy (some milk in coffee)
      rung 3 - seeds, nuts (mostly sprinkled on salads)
      rung 4 - berries, melon
      rung 5 - wine -
      rung 6 - beans, hummus
      rung 7 - other fruits
      rung 8 - carrots/ potatoes (nah, prolly not)
      rung 9 - whole grains (fresh Dutch breads...)
      Major Goal - 128 lbs/ healthy range
      (on to pre-maintenance)

        45 mins abs
        30 mins toning

          Sheesh, you all are working out HARD! I am still sore from the gym the other day, so I took it easy today. Just a walk with the dog (about 30 min)

          Back at the weights tomorrow!
