    Friday, the 13th... I hope everyone had a good day!

    today I did weights and cardio at the gym, a few minutes of skipping, half an hour of stability ball, and about 60 push-ups to reach goal in the push-up challenge

    Congratulations, Georgiana, on making your push-up goal, and on the 13th of the month!

    Heidegger and I went on a 65 minute hike today. I hurt my back, though, so I'm not sure yet how that's going to affect things going forward.

          I spent my exercise walking....I know, boring! Something has injured my right shoulder and right calf muscle. I don't know the moment the calf muscle strain happened but I'm trying to push through it without being stupid and overdoing it.
