    Good morning, fellow challengers! I hope all of you are having a good Friday!

    I went to the gym before work and did a 20 min run/walk on the treadmill, 40 min of chest and shoulder exercises, and 5 min of ab work.

    i've biked 4 miles so far and climbed flights for about 5 minutes. more biking to come and some stability ball

        I spent 2 hours at the gym today and it felt great!

              another 1 hour walk today. This week has been rather slow for me so next week I will be going for it a lot more. I'll not have any rest days to make up for my miserable efforts.
              Well done to everyone else. I am also doing the abs challendge so I better get going a lot faster on that one if I want to reach my goal!!!

                  Walking again today and then lifted weights. Got in 12,000 steps!

                        I didn't get any meaningful exercise in today, which means a slug for me Oh well, just have to pick myself up and get it done next week.

                          actually, you had a sick day on sunday and sick days do not count against you so even though you didn't get anything done for this day, you are still slug free. this day will be counted as a rest day
