    I am sooo sorry. I have not updated in just over a week. My computer completely crashed. I hope it is okay to give everything to you here! It seems like it would be easier. I wrote everything down. I did notice that you haven't deleted me from the charts! Yay.

    Feb. 13 - rest
    Feb. 14 - rest
    Feb. 15 - rest
    Feb. 16 - 4 miles on bike
    Feb. 17 - 2 miles
    Feb. 18 - 2 miles
    Feb. 19 - Strength training
    Feb. 20 - rest
    Feb. 21 - 7 miles on bike
    Feb. 22 - 7 miles on bike

    So sorry - next time it happens, I will use someone else's computer!

    1st goal: 139 (earlier weight)
    what the rungs mean to me:
    rung 1 - more veggies
    rung 2 - dairy (some milk in coffee)
    rung 3 - seeds, nuts (mostly sprinkled on salads)
    rung 4 - berries, melon
    rung 5 - wine -
    rung 6 - beans, hummus
    rung 7 - other fruits
    rung 8 - carrots/ potatoes (nah, prolly not)
    rung 9 - whole grains (fresh Dutch breads...)
    Major Goal - 128 lbs/ healthy range
    (on to pre-maintenance)

          I did the elliptical and weight training yesterday and today.

          Amen to stretching! I noticed that my body is in need of some since I started cramping up at the gym today after an extreme elliptical workout! I'll be doing some stretching before going to bed tonight!

          I ditto the kudos for Jimmie too! Thanks so much for all your hard work!

            i'm in the middle of biking. 30 minutes so far, 6+ miles. i'm trying to make it to 12.

                  I went to a 5 hour clogging workshop! Wow, what a workout !! We learned five new songs and only took short rests every hour.

                      I increased my weights on everything today and made everything tough again! Hoping that translates into results again!! Worked upper and lower body and lifted to exhaustion.
