        Hey!

        Yesterday was a REST DAY.

        Today, I Burned it Up (S in 6).


        Ta, see you all tomorrow......hopefully the weather will improve....................... it snowed yesterday and today is cold, wet, damp, and slushy! YUK!

                    Nice Guilt trip Barb! LOL. Nice try girlfriend but SI6 makes me ANGRY! So I'm doing the cardio thing and the resistance bands, glutes (i LOVE it Barb), and ab work from SI6.

                    Glutes set from SI6
                    No time for cardio today - did these exercises at my internship.
