    welcome to friday, challengers!

    i have begun my biking this morning and will be continueing that for the next few hours working my way up to 7 or 8 miles

    edit and addition:
    i finished 14 miles

    Sick day

    I found out today that I have gallstones and will probably have surgery next week to have my gallbladder removed . If I start to feel better I'll try and get some exercise in...

          lots of gardening today. I am counting these gardening days because I know for sure that I working hard because of how I feel the next day. Sore arms and legs. I'm also doing as much ab. work because of my challenge but I don't think I will complete it but I will give it my best shot.

          CLOGGER.... I also had gallstones and had to have my gallbladder out...........Best of luck and take it easy..........
