    90 minute workout accomplished today!

    I'm looking forward to finding out what my stats are! I have not measured at all since we started this challenge so that I can (hopefully) be delightfully surprised at the results!

        Sick day - second day of recovery after surgery. Still dealing with a lot of pain.

                TWO HOURS of yard work!! My son and I had to clean up the yard from the severe storms that have rolled through over the last 6 weeks. We have enough wood for a few huge bonfires. Too bad we don't do bonfires! Also did some walking but the yard work is what's getting me today!!
