I know I haven't really lost any weight but I have lost some inchs. I'm not sure how many as I have lost my original details. My clothes feel loser and when I took my measurments today I know I have lost some espically round the problem middle bit!!!
I'll keep my new measurments safe this time and hopefully will have a weight loss and an inch loss this time.
          Good luck to everyone.

Re: Post Your #50 6 WEC Results Here

Wow. I joined the #50 6 WEC because I knew I needed something to hold me accountable. I had lofty expectations too! I intended to be well under 200 pounds at the end of the six weeks. I started at 212 pounds and was floating around above there at the time we began. My focus in the beginning was on the scale but I soon found through lifting weights (a lot) that inches lost were going to be my reward. I thought I'd drop twice the amount of weight I actually did but I'm going to take these results and run with them. I've had to learn to embrace the tape measure and realize the scale and I aren't the close friends we were during induction!!

I measured every single Sunday. I used the results to push myself harder the next week and target area that needed it more than others. So, here it is...

              Total pounds lost...11 pounds.
              Total inches lost....21.75.

I started at 295.5 inches and ended at 273.75 inches.
