    i'm just getting this started so the new challengers what to look for.

    i'll add my exercise when it happens.

              I'll count my exercise separately for each challenge, so what goes in the mileage challenge, for e.g., will not be used here. This makes today a rest day.

                    30 minutes on the bike - 5 miles
                    30 minute walk - 3 miles
                    100 crunches

                    will get on the stepper in a little while -- and will post that tomorrow.

                        50 Pound Challenge by First Day of Summer!
                        3/8/09 - 224.0 lbs (Start weight)
                        Summer Challenge Goal by June 21st: 174 lbs
                        Ultimate Goal weight: 145 lbs
                        Maintainence weight: 135 lbs
