  • 6 WEC #16 Week 4, Day 7, Sat, March 26

Kick boxing DVD and. . . I did the advanced workout too. I don't know why I was so scared about doing it, it seemed easy, but then maybe I've become fitter :icondance

For Friday...30 minutes on the treadmill

And for today! Although it is supposed to be my rest day, because I was sick on Monday and didn't exercise, I got on the treadmill today.

Decided to try one of the preprogrammed workouts and was able to do it! It was considered "low-intensity", but for a 100 pound overweight woman, it was not! lol. I actually jogged (4mph) for 5 minutes! Fairly impressive considering the longest I've jogged in the past probably 20 plus years is probably about 5-10 seconds (about as long as it takes to jog halfway across the street). Ha! :icondance Sorry for the euphoria...guess I'm having a runners high. LOL

Well I did not stick to my excercise plan as well as I had hoped while on vacation :sadblinky I did do a lot of walking but nothing really recordable soooooo I guess I will just chalk this past week up to a much needed rest week - both physical and emotional. I will be back on track starting tomorrow!

            Hey!

Go Roserae Go! That's how it starts, bit by bit and then........TA DA you are a runner!!!

Thursday I must have irritated the hip cause yesterday it was really snarky. So I gave it rest.

But today.......HA HA.....took them both outside and did my jog thing up and down our road. It was wonderful......sunny, warm, O.K. so it was only 42F but trust me, given what the weather has been up to now.......virtually a heat wave!!!!!!!!!!!

            Ta, see you all tomorrow.

I was gonna do the cto5k workout I missed yestesterday but I decided against it because the back of my head was still kind of "tender" from yesterday's monster migraine. So I'll take my normal rest day.
