    Just completed my 24 minute exercise workout. I was sick all week, but doing better..no headaches!

      One hour in total - 15 minutes on walker/strider (I've borrowed it and I'm not quite sure what to call it!) 25 minutes on exercise bike and 20 minutes lower body exercises - INCLUDING getting the crunches up from 40 to 60

          30 minutes elliptical, 100 situps and some weights.

                i worked this evening but i'll call it a rest day for the challenge
