        30 minutes on the treadmill...preprogrammed 'low-intensity' (not) workout.

                        Slightly off schedule due to the darn headaches but..

                        I attempted Workout 1 of Week 4 of Cto5k. Had to cut the 5 min runs a bit short but i didn't do too bad considering I pretty much haven't done a thing since last Thursday. I walked for a total of about 15 mins and ran for a total of 11 and a half mins.
