    i'm surprised today's thread has not been started. hope i didn't miss it.

    i work this afternoon but it's a rest day for the challenge

            Just finished 30 min firm dvd. First time I've done that in awhile, what an eye opener! LOL

                              my daughters 9th biirthday so there were a lot of games to play.Dancing, skipping etc, so it was a very good work out for me!!
