    I didn't see a thread so hopefully not starting a new one.

    I worked 8 hours on my feet as a waitress which I do part-time only Saturdays does that count? If not, then its a rest day!

    i think we can count it this time around for a few good reasons i can think of.

    i also worked today but i won't be counting it towards anything but pres. points. i will probably do some stab. ball work but for charting purposes.... it'll be a rest day.

          this is a rest day for me....I agree with being a waitress as exercise....believe me my feet started hurting just reading that!!

              I'm trying to incorporate family exercise!! Mostly because I can't handle both big dogs by myself but I love for them to come home and pass out!!! My son, the two beasts and I walked/jogged 2 miles today!!
