      Tonight, 30 min treadmill again. Level 10 various inclines. Last night I tried level 15. That lasted about 10 min! :yikes

                      Yup, ran my 4K today. *Weather is geting warmer, hip hip hooray* she whispers.....cause she's terrified to wake the SNOW GODS! :yikes
