          I hope I can start today. If so I am doing 2.5 miles of walking around the lake and 300 crunches.

            this 6 wec actually ends this saturday so you won't be able to join up with this group but the new #52 challenge starts on sunday, april 19 and we'd love to have you join us. please go to the following thread ....               Monday, 30 minutes in the pool, we were crunched for time, teen had to go to the Ortho, and then the Callanetics dvd when we got home
