    Morning Session: 1&1/2 Mile Swim

    Real world intruded today & no opportunity for an afternoon workout, so went for a one mile walk along the edge of the jungle/reservoir next to our house w/the family after dinner & we ran into a large troop of approx 40-50 monkey's right around sundown. We sat & watched them for a few minutes & then got up & finished our walk. Great evening after all
    I try to take one day at a time but sometimes several days attack me at once

          Hey!

          Yup, done did it again! 4K for me. Ran into a head wind of 40 mile per hour......BRUTAL......particularly the up hill parts! Coming back I nearly flew home!!!! Had to throw out the anchor going down hill :yikes

          Ta, see you all tomorrow.

              Last night I did 48 min treadmill level 12 various inclines.

              Tonight I'll do something.. don't know what yet.

                  30 minutes treadmill..."low-intensity" program.

                  Did my 5 minute jog with this program, with my 3 1/2 year old dd, saying "that's silly jogging mommy" over and over and over. This was after warning her several times that I wouldn't be able to talk to her when I started jogging and she needed to be quiet. Quite a confidence booster. lol.

                              Cto5K: Week 4 Workout #2... Actually made it through the first 5 min run but I had to cut the 2nd short. Will try it again Sat to see if I can make it all the way through. If not I may bump the speed down a notch or two again. Anyhow I got in 13 mins of running and 13.5 of walking.
