    i'll get today started.

    i started with 10 minutes of flight work then biked 20 minutes
    now i'll be doing some stab. ball work

    i realize some of you have completed your challenge days so i'll get the results thread posted.

        Did pilates again today, my body is feeling it - 45 minutes.
