    You will have thru Saturday, April 18 to post your results and check the chart for any unreported exercise days. If you spot any missing days you can private message me and i'll update the master sheet.

    You can check the charts for any missing days. If you have need to update, just send a pm and i'll update the master sheet.

    Thanks again for running the challenge.

    Not fantastic results from me I'm afraid but at least I know I am not in a stall.
    Weight loss - 2 pounds
    Inch loss - 3.5 (waist 1, bust 1.5 and 0.5 from each thigh)

    224/200/165
    F 38 (5'7)
    Currently doing couch to 5K program to start running and loving it Check out 'Get Running' if you have an iPhone.

      No weight loss, I didn't stick to the food program as well so I'm sure that is why. BUT I did get myself into a regular exercise routine and I'm feeling pretty good about that!

      Weight - 0 (as of today after holiday)
      Inches - 2 inches (.50 waist, .50 each thigh and .50 in upper chest area)

        Jimmie, I believe it was you who told me that I would be amazed at the inches that would come off. Boy were you right! I seriously measured myself and remeasured and remeasured. Then I got all paranoid thinking that maybe I measured myself wrong. I took out the sheet that I copied off of the computer on where to measure and double checked and all I can say is THANK YOU!!!!! Some how I lost a total of 12 inches!!!!!! Only 7 pounds but 12 inches!!!!! Where I lost are as follows:

        Around chest, under arms -2
        fullest part of breast - 2.5
        ribcage below breast - .5
        waist narrowest part - 4.5
        hips widest part - 1
        thighs .75 off right .75 off left
        bicept stayed the same on both arms

        The 6WEC is the greatest!!! Thank you so much for hosting it!!

          Ribcage- 34.75 33
          Waist 33.5 32.5
          Hip 41 41 no change
          Upper arm 13 x2 no change
          Thigh 23.75 x 2 23.25
          183 lbs. 178

          inches 6.25 pounds 5

          not terribly impressed with my results. I know I have some 'reshaping' going on but I can't seem to get that hip measurement down....

            Wow, I am absolutely. totally, utterly and completely amazed! (A bit surprised too!) I have lost 6 pounds, but look at those inches (well you can't actually - 'cos they've gone!)

            My results

            U/arms -1.5
            Chest -2
            Ribs -2
            Waist -2.5
            Hips -2
            Arm(L) -0.5
            Arm(R) -0.5
            Thigh(L)-2
            Thigh(R)-2

            Inches lost total -15
            Pounds lost -6

            I've also lost 3 inches of my tum - although I know that isn't counted for the challenge, but I measured it just to see.

            I am really thrilled at these results for 6 weeks of regular exercise. Can't wait to get started on the next 6 weeks! A hugh thanks to Jimmie for running this challenge.

              Jimmie!!! Thank you for hosting this challenge!! It makes a big impact on many people! I admittedly jumped off the wagon on Easter and screwed myself up for an entire week....ok, whatever, it's over and I'm ready for the next challenge. My inches lost were not as impressive as last time but I keep starting these new challenges with fewer inches to lose!!

              Total inches lost...13.25
              Total pounds lost..10.

              Jimmie, I need to initiate a challenge to post my exercise stats DAILY. I'm sorry, the board distracts me!! I'll do my best on the next challenge and treat my posting for the 6wec like homework!!

                total 10.5 inches lost
                total 6 pounds lost

                    I thought you were expecting some fast work from us. I spent a ridiculous amount of time measuring and checking the charts yesterday!
