    i'm really pleased when I can do this so soon after a challenge has ended. Challengers, YOU!, work hard to not be slugged and getting the award shows your good, hard work.

          I want to say how much I appreciate you and these challenges too. They have made such a difference in my motivation, accountability really does work. My body reflects it, and my self-esteem is through the roof.

              you should be able to just copy/paste like you did with your other awards.

              you could eliminate the [COLOR=navy] and the [url=http://www.atkinsdietbulletinboard.com/gallery//showimage[/COLOR] out of your siggy.
