    Walked 2.5 miles, did 50 wall push ups, and did these side leg lift things that are suppose to help with the muffin top. I did 20 each of those on each leg.

      I had planned a rest day today, but we ended up taking my stepson to the zoo, so I actually walked a few miles.

                      Walk today, also did several flights of stairs...It was a good workout actually!
