    For those who reported, there was a total of 62.5 INCHES lost and 36 POUNDS. To put those inches in perspective... that's more inches than I am tall!

    GOOD WORK AND CONGRATULATIONS TO EVERYONE WHO WAS ABLE TO SEE SOME SHRINKING!

    AND THE WINNERS ARE......................

    C P reporting a loss of 15 inches and 6 pounds

    EverLosing reporting a loss of 13.25 inches and 10 pounds

    iamran reporting a loss of 12 inches and 7 pounds

            Thanks everyone for the 'congrats.' I have already posted this in my journal, but I know not everyone reads the journals, so I just wanted to say 'thanks' to everyone who was in the challenge, as reading what you were up to each day with your exercise spurred me on to stick to mine. Some days I would log on, thinking that I didn't have time to exercise (read that bit as 'can't be bothered'), then I would read the latest posts. I know a bit about your lives from your posts, so I would think 'well they found time, and they're just as busy as I am, with their kids/jobs/study/problems/life in general.' That would be the kick I needed to get up and get going!
