        33 minutes on elliptical machine, 15 minutes on the stationary bike, and a circuit of arms (lat pull downs, rows on a bosa ball, dumbbell press on the stability ball)

          85 push ups, 50 sit ups, walked 1 mile, & 40 squats.

                100 sit ups
                50 arm curls with bands(my fav)
                25 squats
                50 back stretches with band
                50 each leg lifts
