    Was gonna do a long jungle run this morning & woke up at dawn & it was pouring (rained out) so went to the gym & did

    20 Minutes Heavy Lifts
    20 Minutes Ellipitical
    20 Minutes Lap Swiming in the Rain

    That was it for the day, taking my son to see Avril Lavigne tonight.
    (I like her too) She was in Manila yesterday, Singapore tonight, Bangkok tomorrow. Real working girl

      TAINT A VERY FUNNY APRIL FOOLS JOKE!

      SO Y'ALL CAN JUST COME AND TAKE AWAY THE 6 INCHES OF SNOW THAT HAS FALLEN IN THE PAST 4 HOURS :anger

      AND TO ADD INSULT TO INJURY.....THE SNOWPLOUGH KNOCKED DOWN OUR MAIL BOX NOW WHAT KIND OF HOT TODDY WERE THEY DRINKING??????????????? :yikes


      Too blue to run in the snow at this time of the year so I threw on my Rhythmic Power Tape for a 50 minute dance aerobic workout.

      And to think that yesterday I was out there doing my spring gardening work!!!! I think I shall go sulk in a hot tub with lots of scented Epsom salt.

      Ta, till tomorrow and better weather.

          Did SIS Start It up this morning and only 1 mile on the bike so far. Got interrupted. Back on the bike later, maybe. hehe.

              week3
              Friday3/18 and Sat3/19= slug no exercise done

              week 4
              Sun3/20= 30 minute run 30 minute walk
              Mon3/21 =30 minute run 30 minute walk
              Tue3/22= rest
              Wed3/23= 30 minute run
              Thur3/24=sick~knee problem
              Fri3/25=sick
              sat3/26= 1hr walk

              week 5
              sun3/27=1hr walk
              Mon3/28= 30 minute run
              Tue3/29=rest
              Wed3/30=rest
              Thur3/31=1hr walk
              Fri4/01= 1 hr walk
              Sat4/02= slug
              sun4/03= 30 minute walk 30 minute run


              will be updating myself in a huge batch at the end of the week. exam time so gotta be studying aight
