    Now I can walk first thing in the morning, but Hula Hoop? wow...

    I do good to be coordinated enough to walk.

    4.75 miles walk with some run intervals this morning. And I am extremely proud of myself because 1) I really had to kick myself out of bed, 2) it kept sprinkling but never made it to the point of really raining 3) it was only like 53 degrees, on the chilly side for this wimp! but do I feel awesome? Yes I do!
