    Last week! I hope everyone has their engines turned on max.

    25 min hula hooping
    10 min skipping

    Jumping rope is literally a killer exercise. As a kid, I was able to jump for 20-30 min with breaks. Now, after 10 minutes, I'm like, "Okay Dumbo, you'd better stop jumping..."

            45 minutes on the elliptical at the Y.

            This week is going to be a challenge for me. On trial Tues-Fri. Hope I can stick with it, as I'd hate to use my 4 PTO days this week.
