1. Tell us how many days a week you will commit to exercising.
2. Make a note of your beginning measurements. You do not have to post them here, in this thread, if you aren't comfortable doing that. Just be sure to write them down someplace safe to compare with your measurements at the end of the challenge. Please see the official rules for a picture that shows you where to measure. The following stats are the only ones that will be considered for the ribbon awards.

-Fullest part of chest
-Ribcage
-Waist
-Hips
-Upper arm x 2
-Thigh x 2
-Weight

3. PLEASE try to post daily! If you can not post daily, please try to post at least a couple times a week.
2 Ways to win something!
1. The 3 Challengers who lose the most will earn a ribbon. Winners are determined first by inches and then by pounds, using the body stats listed above. Slugged Challengers are still able to win a ribbon so if you get slugged, continue to post.
2. Those who complete all 6 weeks of the challenge without getting slugged will earn a slug free button. Each Challenger can use up to 5 PTO days that will not count against them.
