    So, total of 18.5 inches and 23 lbs. YIKES. Not bad for 6 weeks....

        Thanks. This WOE/WOL is expensive though. Had to get some new suits today. Went from a 46R to a 40R jacket, 18.5 neck to 16.5 neck, and 40w to 36w. It's all good though...

          Do you have pics posted anywhere? because I bet you look totally hot!

          I haven't measured yet but it won't be anywhere near these results! However, I am liking what I have accomplished.

            Yes, I'm sure jimmie looks real hot...

            Congrats on your progress. Every step taken is important! I'm proudest of losing no inches on my biceps - i.e. trade fat for muscle...

              Bust 41 1/4 -1.25= 40

              Rib Cage 38 -2.5= 35.5

              Waist 38 3/4 -1.25= 37.5

              Hips 45 1/2 -2= 43.5

              Upper Arm L 12 R 12 -.5/.5 = L 11.5 R 11.5

              Thigh L 25 R 25 -2/2 = L 23 R 23

              Weight 201 - 9 = 192

              Total inches lost 14.5
              Weight lost 9

                Chest 39.5 - 36 = 3.5

                Bust 40.5 - 39.5 = 1

                Rib Cage 35- 33 = 2

                Waist 37 -33 = 4

                Hips 44 - 40 = 4

                Thigh 26 - 23 = 3 x 2 =6

                Weight 173 -163 = 10

                Total inches lost 20.5
                Weight lost 10

                I am fairly happy with this, but know I could have done better with my diet in the first few weeks....

                  178--will weigh and edit tomorrow edit-- 175.. was pretty sure 3 pounds was all it would be!

                  6.5 inches again.. think that is exactly what it was last month! I feel like some kind of slacker lol!

                  But my thigh muscles are crazy firm so hey, it's all good.

                    6 pounds and 6-3/8" lost this time... I'm ver happy with my results

                    I was using the wrong chart --

                    chest (upper) 41.5 - 40.5 = 1"
                    chest (under) 43.5 - 39-3/4 = 3-1/4"
                    Waist 43.5 - 42 = 1.5"
                    Hips 41.5 - 41-1/8 = nil
                    Upper Arm (L) 13 - 12-3/4 = 1/4"
                    Upper Arm (R) 12 - 11-3/4 = 1/4"
                    Thigh (L) 20-3/4 - 20-5/8 = nil
                    Thigh (R) 21 - 20-3/8 = nil

                    6 pounds - 6-1/4" + inches lost....still happy with my results

                    Also, jimmie I don't know what exercise I did on the 2 days in the 4th week that I didn't report so I'll take a slug!

                      6.75 inches and 6.2 pounds. (2.5 inches from my waist ) Although 6.2 isn't a huge weight loss, it is way more than I've lost on the last two challenges. I am stepping up the exercise and shooting for 8-10 pounds during the next challenge ;-)
