    Hey!

The snow storm of Saturday continued throughout the night and into Sunday. By 10:00 A.M. .....the wind and weight of the snow on trees brought down branches on power lines and ....snap, crackle, pop...NO POWER!

Howling storm outside, no power inside, so we drove out for lunch. Found a Brunch, ate toooooo much got home, still no power. No water, no heat, but lots of Vodka and Tonic....and then Red Wine, and candles, and two murder mysteries....finally went to bed with........ still no power.

How was that as one of the longest excuses for getting a SLUG and a hangover !!!!!!!!!! (Sunday)

Today we have....POWER and Sunshine and I am going for a long walk outside.....snow too deep to run.

Edit - Turns out that my walk turned into a 4K run....while I was gearing up, the plow came through and cleaned up the slush....Yeah!
    Ta, see you all tomorrow.

I was a SLUG all weekend! urplequ: I would apologize but the only one I hurt by that was ME!!

And this morning, the scales reflected that :anger

Tonight I'm going to work my fat butt off. I'll either do weights or the abs (killer) class and treadmill on cardio. That should get things moving.

I need to play catchup - put me down for 5 smileys a week and 2 rest days, managed to keep up with the exercise for when I was away.

Today did weight training and 30 mins HIIT.

Repeated Cto5K Week 4 Workout.. only got halfway through it and then walked the rest. It was well into the 80's today and it was just so darn hot over in that corner I just couldn't do the running. Bleh
