Lots of housework which built up a sweat but no actual exercise as such so rest day for me

REST DAY FOR ME. Grrr. I slept "in" (until 6) because I figured I'd workout at noon. Alas, forgot about my noon meeting. Then, was in the gym at work at 5, and had no shorts in my bag! So, it wasn't meant to be today!
