    As I looked over the results for the last challenge, preparing to start this thread, I was just blown away by the losses, both in inches and pounds!
    CONGRATULATIONS to our Ribbon Winners !
    GREAT WORK

    This was the first challenge using the PTO days and it went well! 17 Challengers made it through the 6 weeks being Slug Free. You used your days sparingly and in the end, only a few Challengers had used any of their alloted days. I applaud your conviction to do your best! CONGRATULATIONS to our Slug Free Challengers!

      F/60 yrs/5ft 5.5" (Though due to collapsing vertebrae I am now only 5'3" - but I refuse to recalculate my BMI )
