          5 mile walk this morning, the hilly one.

          Leaving this afternoon for a 3 day convention, I'll work out some kind of exercise but won't be able to post until Monday.

                hope you feel better soon Zara.....between mowing (1 mile) and walking I totaled 5 miles today
