    It's a little bit late but here we go...

    We're already into the final week of 6WEC#16 so its time to get ready for the next one.

    6WEC#17 will run from April 10th through May 21st.

    Under your arms (around your chest) = 35
    Fullest part of your bust/chest = 37
    Ribcage = 32
    Waist = 30.5
    Hips = 40.5
    Upper Arms (both biceps) = 12 x 2
    Thighs (both thighs) = 25 x 2
    Weight = 167
    31yr / 5'6" / F

    Add me in again - 5/7

    Measurements aren't changing much so not much point me posting them. but my weight is 137lb, here's hoping the next 6 weeks gets me at goal.

        Im in for 6/7 days. I will post my measurements on Saturday(day 15).


        Under your arms (around your chest) = 42 inches
        Ribcage = 41 inches
        Waist = 44 inches
        Upper Arms (both biceps) = 30 inches
        Thighs (both thighs) = 56 inches
        Weight = 229 pounds
        245/235/175 male, 6 foot, and 17
        Restarted 3/25/08...230/230/180...20 years old

          Count me in again please! :wave I will commit 4/7 but will try to do more. No trips or family events planned during this time so hopefully I'll do better. I'll do measurements this weekend (hopefully they will show more progress than the *&%&^(( scales! :help

            I would like to join please

            I can definitely commit to exercising 5 days out of seven

            I don't know my measurements right now but will get them tonight after the kids go to bed,

              I reckon it's the only way I'll get into the habit of doing exercise and will commit to three times a week to start myself off. More may happen as I go on but three is reasonable.

              May not be able to post on Saturdays as that's normally my rest day from the computer!

              Will do measurements tonight at home.

                Count me in. Don't know my measurements - will get them tonight. This is yet another awesome part of this board! Thank you to whoever started this Challenge!! I'm going to shoot for 5 days a week.

                    hi there, ive never done this before but i would like too.Im going to commit myself to 3 times a week at the moment.So count me in for that.Bit loast as to what to do, do i just read the stickys and find out from there or is there someone i can ask?

                          Just to say, am visiting my parents for part of next week and their internet connection is one of those antiquated ones where you pay for the time you're online so my usage of the net may be limited next week. If that's okay with the moderators would still like to take part in the challenge.

                            Have been trying to come up with at least one really really good reasons why I should not join once again...............could not do it!

                            So, here I go again! Please sign me up for 4/7. I am 3 pounds away from goal so I am starting into "maintenance".
