    Sign me up! Will commit to at least 4/7 days

    Not sure of weight yet, got an evil scale at the gym and am purchasing one tomorrow for home - for now say 213.5

    Under your arms (around your chest) = 41
    Fullest part of your bust/chest = 43
    Ribcage = 39
    Waist = 37
    Hips = 37
    Upper Arms (both biceps) = 13 x 2
    Thighs (both thighs) = 26 x 2
    Weight = 213.5
    F 24 5'10 SW - 217 GW 170 restarted atkins 1/14/08 - This time I'm sticking with it!

      actually my weight is at 205
      F 24 5'10 SW - 217 GW 170 restarted atkins 1/14/08 - This time I'm sticking with it!

          I'm in again!! Having a rough time of it this week, recouping from all the family I think. But anyways I need to get back to some motivation!! Put me down for 5/7 and I'll have measurements on Saturday!!

              Whats Up!? I'm in, and this is my very first time doing a challenge. I will exercise at least 5/7 days a week (praying).

              Now for my measurements :yikes :
              Under my arms (around my chest) = 42"
              Chest = 49"
              Ribcage = 42"
              Waist = 44"
              Hips = 50"
              Upper Arms = 13.5" x 2
              Thighs = 29" x 2
              Weight = 235

                        I'm BACK! I got lazy posting my workouts for the last challenge, probably because I was a little too ambitious deciding to exercise 6 out of 7 days.... SOOOOO for #17 I'm going for 5/7.

                        I just took measurements today so let's go with these.
                        Underarms/Chest - 38.5
                        Bust - 42
                        Ribcage - 35.75
                        Waist - 39.75
                        Hips - 43.75
                        UpperArms - L:13.5, R:13
                        Thighs - L:24.25, R:25.25
                        Weight - 197.5

                        Wonder why my arms and thighs don't match? LOL. Actually, they never have.

                              i want it duely noted that i am here under protest!
                              5/7 for me and jack is going to help with the measurements in a few minutes............i'll be back to post those in an edit. had to do the sign up so a certain person who shall remain nameless would leave me alone.

                              neck: 13"
                              chest (under arms): 35 1/2"

                              wrist: r - 5 3/4" L - 6"
                              waist: 31 1/4 (we swear that was 30 the other day. does it matter what time of day you measure?) i am redoing that one in the morning
                              hips: 35 1/2"
                              thigh: r - 20 1/2" L - 20 1/2"
                              calf: r - 13 3/4" L - 13 1/2"
                              weight: 127 (goal is 119)

                              i have been doing about 6 miles on the bike. burning on an average of 350 calories. i will up that to 400 no matter what the mileage is. i have been doing 3 sets of 11 reps on crunches. just got up to that so will keep that the same for just a bit.
