Now mind you I did these myself because between DH and DD doing it there were too many conflicts. So from now on I am doing my own measuring (And PMSing by the way! :anger )

Could I please join in as well? I really need something to motivate me to get myself into the swing of things with my workouts. This sounds like just the thing I need! Plus, I need some more accountability with my workouts plus posting my weight and inches lost. In fact, I have been too scared lately to even take measurements, but I will do that this evening.
I commit to work out 5 of 7 days, but I will strive for 7 of 7.
I will ride my stationery bike, waking up at 6:00am to do so, which would mean going to be no later than 11:00pm.
:yes Let the refocusing begin!
