            Starting a bit late, been taking care of my fiance after surgery, but I would like to try for 5/7 days.. this week 3 since it's already half over. Will post measurements later when I get a chance to.

              I would like to join, too!

              I am joining late, but I have been traveling and not on the computer. I will measure tonight and post it then.

              I am commiting to 6/7 days excercising!

              I am 6 feet tall and currently weigh 248 pounds. My goal is 180.

                          missmichelle, it's never too late. Welcome to the challenge. :hug I just need to know how many days a week you plan to exercise.


                          Seems a few of those who joined recently weren't sure where to check in at.

                          Its quite simple really.

                          Just look for the thread for each day in this (Exercise Challenge) forum.

                          Today's thread for example is titled "6 WEC #17 Week 1, Day 5, Thur April 14."

                            Ok, Im back here again.....LATE.......but better than never and Im giving this challenge a go this time. Last challenge I just dont think i was committed enough to do it. So, if its OK with you guys can I please jump on in again?

                            Here are my measurements as of 4-18-05

                            Chest 38 1/4
                            Bust 45 1/2
                            Ribcage 39
                            Waist 42
                            Hips 44 1/4
                            Left Bicep 12
                            Right Bicep 12 1/4
                            Left Thigh 24
                            Right Thigh 24 1/2

                            Weight......183.6

                            Oh, and I will exercise 5/7 days at the least :nod
