    Good morning!

    It was all I could do to push myself out of bed, but got my 5 mile hilly walk. Trying to make up for what I missed last week!

    30 min walk. Not a lot, but for the first time ever I managed to do 4 km (2.5 miles) in 30 min... so that's an average speed of 8 km/h (5 mph).
