      One hour body combat class - WOW - hardest class I have ever done! It's worth it for up to 800 cals though

                              I was 15 miniutes on ctipical machine and 5 miniutes on the bike.
                              I did 50 crunches, 10 squats and 3 sets of 8 arm extensions with dumbells.
