              Fell off the wagon big time...I apologize to everyone here. Although I have been exercising (yay me!) between my busy work schedule right now and my 2 kids I just have not been consistent, okay I'll be honest I've been terribly terribly negligent, in my reporting. I just wanted to take the opportunity to apologize - I feel accountable to all of you.

              congratulations to all of you who successfully completed the challenge...yay you!!!

                      Not sure if 10 trips up and down the basement stairs qualifies so will call it a rest day.

                          There is still one week left in this challenge, so if you did exercise and can remember if you completed your pledged days (including any pto days you need to log) you can send me a list via private message so I can update the chart for you.
