Fell off the wagon big time...I apologize to everyone here. Although I have been exercising (yay me!) between my busy work schedule right now and my 2 kids I just have not been consistent, okay I'll be honest I've been terribly terribly negligent, in my reporting. I just wanted to take the opportunity to apologize - I feel accountable to all of you.

Not sure if 10 trips up and down the basement stairs qualifies so will call it a rest day.velcrocat aka Ladyjean aka Lana has returned to the fold. F/60 yrs/5ft 5.5" (Though due to collapsing vertebrae I am now only 5'3" - but I refuse to recalculate my BMI
