Last night I did 20 min weight training on upper body and 30 min treadmill on cardio setting. I had it at 3.4 speed. Now that may not sound like it's very fast, but I'm only 5' with very short legs. It was almost a slow jog for me. I was SO tired when I got home! My legs are still tired! I feel good though.

Tonight I will do at least 30 min treadmill and will try to do weight training on lower body.

My weight today is 145. If I'm lower by Friday, I will use that weight and will post measurements after the weekend.

          Hey!

:yikes I've done it again! I just earned another two SLUGS (Tuesday and today).

These last two days I have been either dusting, vacuuming, washing floors or bathrooms (Real Estate agents and clients tromping through) or running around town getting estimates, selecting tiles, light fixtures and curtains (selling one house and building another). It has been hectic to say the least.

Wish I could claim any of the above as “Exercise" but in good conscience I can't.....by the time you can run 4 miles at an easy lope it takes a lot more sustained effort than what I put into the above. Great try….No Dice.

More agents coming tomorrow, but I am going to go for my run before they get here!

          Ta, see you all tomorrow.
