    wow! I seem to be the first here today!!

    Walking and stability ball exercises for me today.

    F/60 yrs/5ft 5.5" (Though due to collapsing vertebrae I am now only 5'3" - but I refuse to recalculate my BMI )

    I did:
    30 min of Wii Fit (most of it stregthening/yoga, a few min of boxing).
    1 mile walk with one of my dogs (first part of the walk, she walks me lol).

      Walked with the kids for an hour and then came home and did 30 minutes of elliptical.

            5 mile bike ride on this beautiful Sunday. It's finally hot enough here that I don't have to force my water intake. Hooray!

                          On vacation in Bergen, Norway... A very hilly town. Walking all over the place. It definitely counts.

                          1st goal: 139 (earlier weight)
                          what the rungs mean to me:
                          rung 1 - more veggies
                          rung 2 - dairy (some milk in coffee)
                          rung 3 - seeds, nuts (mostly sprinkled on salads)
                          rung 4 - berries, melon
                          rung 5 - wine -
                          rung 6 - beans, hummus
                          rung 7 - other fruits
                          rung 8 - carrots/ potatoes (nah, prolly not)
                          rung 9 - whole grains (fresh Dutch breads...)
                          Major Goal - 128 lbs/ healthy range
                          (on to pre-maintenance)

                            I'm Nicole, 17 year old female
                            Starting date: 24/06/2009
                            Planning to be down to 140 lbs, so I can join the Royal Navy. And get running! 2.4km in 14 minutes is the aim. And wear a UK size 12, fitting all the clothes I've dreamed about wearing!

                              I did 30 mins with my kettlebell, plus my challenge exercises, push ups, squats and abs.
