50 minute, 2.5 mile walk. Yes, I know I'm slow. But, hey, a couple of weeks ago I was only able to walk half a mile.

Did pilates today - whew that was close! After two (cough, cough) "rest days" I was frantic to get something in. I cannot FAIL the first week. I will say this though: having to report back here is the only reason I went today. Thanks!

                              rung 7 - other fruits
rung 8 - carrots/ potatoes (nah, prolly not)
rung 9 - whole grains (fresh Dutch breads...)
                              Major Goal - 128 lbs/ healthy range
