    Where is everybody???

    Walking at lunchtime and swimming tonight for me.

    F/60 yrs/5ft 5.5" (Though due to collapsing vertebrae I am now only 5'3" - but I refuse to recalculate my BMI )

    136 - No longer overweight (yes, I know this is lower than my goal weight)

        2 mile walk -- 5 loads of laundry & cleaning the house (but that doesn't really count!!)

          Lol..maybe not technically but I know when I was doing lots of laundry and heavy duty cleaning earlier in the week, that tired me out more than workouts I have done recently.

          Speaking of laundry...sigh...I knew I forgot something tonight...

                  Starting date: 24/06/2009
                  Planning to be down to 140 lbs, so I can join the Royal Navy. And get running! 2.4km in 14 minutes is the aim. And wear a UK size 12, fitting all the clothes I've dreamed about wearing!


                  Mini Goal 1: 189 lbs - met 8th July 2009
                  Mini Goal 2: 180 lbs
                  Mini Goal 3: 170 lbs
                  Mini Goal 4: 160 lbs

                      walked 1 mile..today is going to be unusually cool so I plan to take advantage of it and get some outdoor activities
                      My first goal is 174 which will take me off the "obese" list.
                      Then 145 which will bring me to the high end of "healthy weight".
