      20 minute walk/jog [Day 3, week 3 of C25K]
      20ish minutes strength training [push-ups, sit-ups and squats]
      I'm Nicole, 17 year old female
      Starting date: 24/06/2009
      Planning to be down to 140 lbs, so I can join the Royal Navy. And get running! 2.4km in 14 minutes is the aim. And wear a UK size 12, fitting all the clothes I've dreamed about wearing!

            Sunday: Rest day (more like recovery day...)

                friday: Alot of hiking to and from the van to set up camp
                sat: a awsome hike up and over a mountain, about five miles or so.
                sun: break camp and recovery, rest day

                            Physical therapy and light walking
                            My first goal is 174 which will take me off the "obese" list.
                            Then 145 which will bring me to the high end of "healthy weight".

                              1st goal: 139 (earlier weight)
                              what the rungs mean to me:
                              rung 1 - more veggies
                              rung 2 - dairy (some milk in coffee)
                              rung 3 - seeds, nuts (mostly sprinkled on salads)
                              rung 4 - berries, melon
                              rung 5 - wine -
                              rung 6 - beans, hummus
                              rung 7 - other fruits
                              rung 8 - carrots/ potatoes (nah, prolly not)
                              rung 9 - whole grains (fresh Dutch breads...)
                              Major Goal - 128 lbs/ healthy range
                              (on to pre-maintenance)
