      ack! PTO I guess. But I did do 12 loads of laundry at the laundromat this morning and was sweating heaps (up and down flights of stairs carrying huge bags and hampers) - does that count?

          Planning to be down to 140 lbs, so I can join the Royal Navy. And get running! 2.4km in 14 minutes is the aim. And wear a UK size 12, fitting all the clothes I've dreamed about wearing!

                  walked quite a bit..not sure how far but I sweated lots and when the breeze started blowing it was GREAT!!
                  My first goal is 174 which will take me off the "obese" list.
                  Then 145 which will bring me to the high end of "healthy weight".

                        Chased 6 kids around if that counts. Technically speaking, four are mine, but I don't claim them when they act the way the other two do.... LOL
                        If that doesn't count, I'll take a rest day.
